Couldn't show results: Socket Error # 11004

freedb just stopped working (update?) ...also cannot access CD info from web (Couldn't show results: Socket Error # 11004).

I can connect to the web just fine in firefox ...anyone know what's going on?

Make sure your security software allows MediaMonkey to connect to the internet. If that fails you can try an alternative FreeDB server or change the protocol to HTTP under Tools > Options > FreeDB..

Having the same problem; changing the protocol and restarting hasn't helped. Its been all this week, and although the 'net is a bit slow here lately, I can still access amazon etc.

Suggestions pls?
