Questions about conversion

Hey

I have a bunch of FLAC files I wish to convert to mp3, I go to the converter, add a mask like <Track#> - <Artist> - <Title>, but the converter only
picks up 1 digit even if the FLAC file have 2 digits like 02 - artist - title.

If I add another # to the trackbracket it just writes ##.

What I need is the converter to pick up both digits, is there a way to accomplish this I have missed?

Also when I convert, can I get the converter to pick up folder.jpg and move it to the directory I send the converted mp3's to?

Oh well while I am at it I might aswell ask this, when converting can I get the converter to use folder.jpg and add that to the converted files if there is no art in the file already?
