Same thing here, same problem, happy to have stumbled here, was thinking my pc had a problem!

This is what w3.org says about this error:
"10.4.1 400 Bad Request
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications. "
So, it looks like MM is sending a malformed query to Amazon. Since MM hasn't been changed the last few weeks, the cause of the error must be Amazon. I suppose they have changed something and now their servers don't understand the MM-queries anymore.
Asking Amazon to change their software again, won't be an option, I'm afraid. So MM will probably have to negociate with to Amazon to see how the new query syntax must be.
I hope the MM team will keep us informed on this matter.

Same problem in the Netherlands. For some time 'Japan' did work. No result by installing ne MM

The same problem happens now in JP site.
Even other much software seems not to be able to get information from amazon.

Steve here my Auto Tag is also down today for the first time ever.I have 117890 tracks in my MM and am forever increasing my collection so i do use Auto Tag a lot.Must be just a problem with Auto Tag and there server only thing i can suggest is try again later.

the dudes are not working on the problem! in their bugtracker is no post within the last 2 months.

No they're all on here demanding that someone fix there precious tagging function. Oh no, it's like their oxygen supply has been cut off! Do what someone else suggested before.... go have a beer or get off your fat a@#e's and come back later, It might be fixed by then.
