Getting another app to start with MM

Is there any way to get another program (cdartdisplay to be specific) to start in tandem with MM?
The CAD dev suggested a plugin dll would do it, but I don't know how you'd go about doing that. Or could you just add something to the shortcut target (like the /nosplash parameter)?

I tried that but it left me with a batch file in my taskbar and mediamonkey taking up a second thumbnail spot.

Would it be difficult to write a dll that simply says "on startup launch ___.exe" ?
I don't know any coding so I don't know the extent of what I'm asking

find autoit 3 scripting program or newer version of it.

you can write a small script to start programs with in a simple language.

then you can make shortcut to that script and use the mediamonkey icon on that shortcut.

so when you click it the script starts and runs both programs at once.

or if you know vb scripting then make one in that.

When CAD 3 gets out I can easily make Small MMIP script that will start CAD apron MM startup. We already talked about it on forum.
