Copying file properties

Postby benie » Sun May 20, 2012 3:42 am

I have ripped quite a few classical music CDs to mp3 format (I'm using MM 4.0) and have put a lot of work into updating the file properties (composer, conductor etc..). I have now decided that I prefer lossless ripping to FLAC format. I would hate to have to manually reenter all the updated file properties into the newly ripped FLAC files. Is there a way to copy the file properties from the previous (mp3)ripped files to the new (FLAC) ripped files?

Thanks for the response. I tried installing Advanced_Duplicate_Find_&_Fix 3.7.4 and got the following error message: "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\uYoShVdn.mmip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator."
I should mention that I have administrator privileges on my PC. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks

Sounds like the file wasn't downloaded completely. Try downloading it first and then run it.
