Music files not being added to library

Hi there hope somebody can help me on this one.Recently upgraded my computer to 64 bit. Loaded new version 4 of media monkey then started loading all my music back on to Media monkey.Lot of them loaded fine but some came up saying unable to add file to library did not fit criteria.When the tracks dont load right you can see them in media monkey but they look like they are in ghost form like you have moved them to another drive and didnt tell media monkey HELP

Thanks for that. Now that i look at it,it seems to only be music which is stored on the same drive as my operating system which is partition drive.The other two drives are loading fine.
