Gold version serial misplaced

Hi

The computer I had bought and installed the gold version on died.

I bought the lifetime license back in 2008 - so have misplaced the actual serial. I still have a receipt of purchase though.

Can you tell me where to ask for my serial to be emailed to, upon proof of purchase?
