Flac embedded artwork

Hi all, wonder if anyone can help?
I've a library of almost 2000 albums ripped as flac, with artwork embedded to the tags. This seems to work fine for mm, but having put in all on a synology Nas to use as a server, the artwork isn't showing. Apparently it needs to be saved to the folder. Well, that's fine for any future rips I do, but for what ive done already is there any way on mm to add the embedded artwork to the folder without having to do them all one by one again via amazon. Argghh, I just couldn't bear it!!!
