Code: Select all
[JustListAlbums]
FileName=JustListAlbums.vbs
ProcName=JustListAlbums
Order=1
DisplayName=Just List Albums
Description=Just List Albums
Language=VBScript
ScriptType=1

Thanks for replying. Before I do something stupid, do I just copy the code:

[JustListAlbums]
FileName=JustListAlbums.vbs
ProcName=JustListAlbums
Order=1
DisplayName=Just List Albums
Description=Just List Albums
Language=VBScript
ScriptType=1

and paste it into the .ini file?

I wonder if the problem I've been having is caused by running MM in Win7 64bit? I recently found out the only way I could change the settings in Geiss2 was to set MM to run in XP SP3 compatibility mode. I'm not going to bother trying it again (it took me long enough to undo the previous attempt to get this script to work) since I've found out I can just make a report on an Excel file where it's easy to edit to get rid of duplicate entires in the album column and, if necessary, alphabetize it. I then can copy the album column over to Word templates as I previously wanted.

I needed the list to carry with me when at Festivals, etc., where CDs are often sold, to make sure I didn't buy any duplicates. The easiest way for me to carry it is on my e-book reader (it fits in my purse). To get the list on there, I copy all the edited entries in Excel starting with one letter, paste that into a Word doc template that is sized for the screen of my e-book reader (3" x 4"), then convert it into a PDF (my reader won't read Word docs). That way, I can go directly to the "book" that contains only the entries that start with the one letter instead of having to scroll through the entire list.
