Thanks, but does that work for you?

For me (MM 1708) it gives a VBscript error http://i.imgur.com/rffS1RX.png .

I was talking about analysis of the song as editing.

And you said it was a possibility to do multiple songs but was slow with tons of them to do. So I said how to get more speed for it.

Still can't figure out what is going on with your system as I can play either the track or the album volume. I know that mm will check each song listed on the album each time you add one to the album if you didn't add the full album the first time. This is to keep the levels of all album songs at what they should be. That might be slowing down the multiple analysis for you.

I wonder if the different levels/versions of Windows 7 or 8 is causing this issue of yours? As in ms locking some things from the lower home versions they don't lock in the pro versions is that possible?

What 'editing'?

Sorry to be unclear. The slowness to which I referred was in issuing the commands, not waiting for them to complete.

But I have now found a solution in Options: http://i.imgur.com/LjbeOmp.png

Please do tell me how on multiple tracks that have Album Volume you can play using Track Volume and ignoring Album Volume. As requested here http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =1&t=78027 a). As I reported here http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =7&t=78206 #2 , I see no way MM allows that.

Mine is Pro.

Anytime you change data its editing.

Oh that slow part.

If album vol level is present just turn it to play the track level.
Or do you mean that you want to have mm automatically switch between the two levels depending on if the data is missing in either of the fields. ?

:-?

You joking with me? :-?
Since the way to switch between them is on the options panel under volume leveling.
And you said you don't want the mm to switch automatically telling me that you want all track or all album. This whole time I was thinking you wanted the automatic thing. The track vol works for all songs if no data in the field I believe it defaults to the song files code if anything is there if not it uses the setting in the windows opsys. This is where the use of a dsp plug in is great as it is last in line before the sound goes to the speakers you can set it up to be the volume leveling control. I still have and use the wide dynamic plug in I turn volume down to 12% on mm and 40% on the computer. Then use the volume knob on the plug in to boost it louder that keeps it all the same level on my jukebox. :)

Coo... so it is. Level Playback / Sync volume. Every time I looked at that I interpreted it as applying to Level track volume not Analyse volume.

I am hoping that Level Playback / Sync volume at Per track will completely ignore Album volume.

Thanks RC!
