Faulting module name: ntdll.dll

Post by Darryl_Gittins » Sun Oct 12, 2014 8:56 pm

MM keeps crashing on my W7 laptop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and it worked for a short while then started crashing again. Looking at the logs, it seems that ntdll.dll is the problem. That's a Windows file, I think, so why is it taking out MM?

I suggest you capture the crash in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support for the developers to look into it: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69

Thanks for the suggestions - Using MediaMonkey (non-skinned).exe seems to be working. I'm happy with that!
