MM Not responding when launched

I'm running 64bit windows 10, and MM was working earlier, but when I went to start playing it "whited out" like programs do when they stop responding. I had to force close it, now when I try to open MM it starts the process, but the window never opens. I had to open task manager to figure out what was going on. Task manager shows that MM is open and is using resources (CPU, RAM) but is not responding.

I already tried installing the latest version, but that has the same issues.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
