Removing File Extensions + Alphabetical Sorting

Hi, I am having two problems with Media Monkey.

1) Is there a way to remove the file extensions at the end of each song?

As you can see, every song has .mp3 at the end of it (under Filename). Can I remove the .mp3 part somehow? I don't want to have to sort by anything other than Filename, as most of my details are empty, and I organise alphabetically.

2) Some songs under some artists aren't sorted alphabetically

You can see the band Dethklok, and all the songs aren't in correct alphabetical order. Every other artist has all their songs sorted correctly, but for some reason, Dethklok (and a few others maybe) don't. It starts to sort alphabetically, but then stops halfway down. Evidently, Diddy Kong Racing is sorted correctly.
