PLAYLIST BEHAVING STRANGELY - Wrong Tracks + High Pitch

My playlist is behaving in a strange way... it's playing songs that are NOT in the playlist at all!!! Also songs are played in a HIGHER pitch (like in a higher speed). I have no idea of what's going on.. Can someone help??

I have part of the same issue being that it plays songs that are not in the particular play list.

Have you ever gotten an answer & remedy for that?
