Updated, now all skins are white

Post by nerfball »

Hello, first post and I have looked through other posts for ideas, but what I found here is a little strange.

Been using the MediaMonkey free very limited over the last 5 or so years with little problems if any. Updated today to the latest versions and it restarted so white I am near blind.

Read this post even though a little old: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 3&start=15

What i ended up finding after 20 minutes of reading and looking is that MM now seems to want to run with administrator rights now. As soon as i right clicked and used the run as admin command, my skin was back to normal.

Anyone else seeing this and why?

C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey standard directory. This has been installed here since the upgrade to Win10 for some time with no issues until now.

Delete/Rename Skins folder and reinstall MMW on top of existing. Also you can just rename whole MMW folder and reinstall.

MM.DB is stored elsewhere so you should not have data loss.
