Loging A Report Ticket Fails

I am trying to log a report ticket but the process fails. I have tried both FireFox and Chrome but get the same error.

Here is a screen shot of the error.

A zip file containing my bug report and associated files is here.

The attachment is probably too large. Put a link in your message instead and it will probably work (screenshot doesn't show Support error).

Sorry for not being logged in when I posted. I logged in but think my session cookie got deleted and I didn't notice it.

I will try logging a ticket without ataching the MP3 file.

Logging a support ticket without an attached file succedes.

I think putting a message on the site stating a maximum file size for an attachment would be a good idea.
