Play Two Different Playlists At Once

Hello!

I am a Dungeon Master for an RPG group, and I'm looking for a way to play two different playlists simultaneously. I would have a 'Music' playlist and a 'Sounds Effects' playlist and I need them to layer over one another, is this possible?
