Licence key invalid

Sorry for posting this here but I cannot get into support. I bought the lifetime licence key but keeps coming up invalid. Using copy and paste-invalid, manual entry-invalid.
Help please?

Make sure you enter the Username and Key exactly as provided: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... is-invalid
