Updated to the latest version and my LIFETIME registration is not recognized. All previous updates have been flawless. This one is screwy. And, I attempt to contact support, but, it does not recognize my username/password and does not send me a reset password email.
Well, if I have lost the "lifetime" registration, I have no intent on buying a new one. The software is cool; but, not cool enough to pay for again.
My question is how to contact support, not the forums.

Although that shouldn't happen (you didn't uninstall, did you) you can just enter your License again: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... icense-key
As for support, logging out of the Forum and clearing cache may allow you to login. The login is the same as the Forum.
