library problem

hi,
here is my problem, i have a huge library of music all stocked on a NAS, i had the right path in mediamonkey and it starts to add the file... looks normal but first it last forever, like the whole night, if i stop and close media monkey it won't resume the checking of the library and what it as already found it just never works...
i click on the song it's going to show the cover but nothing more and soon the song appears in darker tone, unavaible...

it's just so anoying... what's going on?

What Path are you using to scan files from the network location (best is UNC network Path) and which version of MediaMonkey are you using? Tools > Options > Library has settings on how files already in the Library are scanned.
