Problems burning a data DVD

After selecting a file on my PC (digitized VCR tape) I get to the menu about selecting a "burn disk path?", suddenly the program crashes. After repeated attempts, problem re-occurs. What am I doing wrong? Running Windows 10 Home OS on late model Dell laptop. Thanks in advance for any solution. wcd

If MMW crashes, we would need debug log to determine at what point it crashes.

Thank you however that is a bit technical for me. I plan on upgrading to your premium version after I uninstall the free program and see if things work out for me. Best regards!

It looks complicated, but isn't.

1) Download and run DBGView
2) Download and install MediaMonkey debug version (works exactly like the regular version)
3) With DBGView running re-create your problem, once it happens save the log in DBGView and attach it to a Support Ticket.
