Won't let me log in to contact support

I've been trying to contact support. I've used the correct email, and pw, and am sure LC etc is correct. I tried resetting pw, but have never got an email back. (yes I checked spam). I created a new account and tried all the above but still didn't work.

The reason I'm trying to contact them is when I attempt to create a new playlist, I hear a 'ding' from my speakers, like there is suppose to be a new window or something, but there isn't, and every time I press a button it just 'dings' again. Task manager shows there is now other window anywhere. I've tried creating a playlist from Edit/New Playlist, and other ways, all with the same result. I have to use Task Manager to close MM as I can't even do that. I've restarted my machine many times and checked for all updates both system, and MM. I've had no problem with this till about 3 months ago approx.

Any help is appreciated.

Try to logon the forum and then change password or request Forum reset password.
