reinstalled windows xp pro sp3 on the dell computer so its got the drivers back.
but i'm setting it up with mm 3.5 as a spare jukebox cause its a really slow 2002 yr.model cpu. must be 700 hz as slow as it is might be 900 but it took 12 hours? no 20 hours to copy 10300 songs from a flash drive over the usb line. very slow not much good for anything but a jukebox now.
not only that was slow but man i had 200 updates on that from M$ updates since it was an reinstall of a 2008 xp pro disk. that was 2 maybe 2.5 days worth of downloads.
but just thought i'd let you all know it is working since i told ya'all it had broke.
