Syncing with Galaxy S10 not working wirelessly.

Can anyone help?? I have a Galaxy S10 and I am unable to do a wireless sync, I can do one with my phone connected via USB. When I try to Select Sync server just get a circle going around on my screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
