MM not synchronizing with swiMP3

I cannot get MediaMonkey to synch with my swiMP3. I've reinstalled MM, reset and re-initialed the swiMP3 player, tried using the virtual CD method, the direct CD rip method, tried the auto synch feature, and tried drag-n-drop. Nothing works. When I use auto synch, I get a cascade of three error dialogue boxes (below). Drag-n-drop just gives error #2.

1 Error: The directory (swiMP3 drive) cannot be created
2 Error: Problem with copying file (x) from (hard drive) to (swiMP3 drive)
3 Error: Cannot delete file (x) from (swiMP3 drive). Access is denied. The file may be in use or you may not have access rights.
