media monkey is NOT A DOWNLOAD TOOL.

you need your library on your computer.

Use MM to monitor the folder that you download Limewire files to. Alternatively, periodically scan that folder manually.

If you turn on "Create playlists of tracks newly added to the library"
You'll have a convenient playlist of your new tracks.

Move files?

If your goal is to move the files out of your shared folder in LImewire, then use the auto organize feature under the tools. make sure you set the destination folder to be a different one than your Limewire shared folder.
