Droid X sync Problems

For some reason, every time I sync my device it wipes all the music off my SD card and resyncs everything again. I have one autoplaylist that is all my 5 star music and it all fits on the card, and a 3 star autoplaylist that is limited to a certain amount of songs. Any ideas why this might be.
