iTunes 10.5 and iOS 4 and MM4

The current status is that:

- iOS devices (iPhone, 3G, 3GS, 4 and iPod Touch, iPad) running iOS 3, 4: Work with MediaMonkey 4 (but not version 3) after updating to iTunes 10.5
- iOS devices (iPhone, 3G, 3GS, 4 and iPod Touch, iPad) running iOS 5: Are recognized by MediaMonkey 4 (and not version 3) but can't natively sync with MediaMonkey after updating to iTunes 10.5


Am I understanding this correctly? If I have an iPhone with operating system 4.3.5 and I have iTunes 10.4, along with the latest MM3, I should either not upgrade to iTunes 10.5 and keep using MM3 or I can upgrade to 10.5 and use to MM4, but not MM3? Are we sure that iTunes 10.5 and iPhone 4.3, and MM4 play well together?

Just want to know before I do anything that will cause days of fixing.

Yes, this is correct.

I'm still concerned about upgrading to MM4 because of some of the script and skin problems.

Both are correct. You could use iTunes 10.5 and MM4, or MM3 and iTunes 4. Just don't update to iOS 5.
