Can't Remove Devices from MM

I can't seem to delete devices from the "Options/portable audio devices/Available Devices/Plugins" list. MM isn't allowing them to be deleted. Is this a bug or am I missing something? I'm trying to start out fresh with my devices.

Just tried on 4.0.5.1489 and it worked for me.

No joy here.......maybe a clean install might do the trick? If so, how do you go about doing that? I've tried uninstalling and deleting the MM folder but everything still seems to be there when I do the reinstall MM.
