Lyrics showing up on device that are not in MM

I noticed the lyric of a song on my iPhone yesterday that had the annoying header of Artist, Album, Title (I get rid of all those I find). I looked in MM and the header is not in the lyric tag of the track. I had restored and resynced my phone within the last week so I know the song in MM with the correct lyrics is the only one that could/should have synced.

So, I deleted the song off the iPhone and resynced. After the sync the same bad lyric is on the iPhone. How can that be?
