Android Device Syncing (Wireless?)

I have an Android cell phone (Pantech P8000) from AT&T and I was wondering if there is a way to Sync MediaMonkey through BlueTooth or WiFi so I don't have to connect the micro USB cable and then mount and unmount the Android file system? I have a couple of Android Apps that allow me to access the phone through an FTP Server to read/write file to the card
