Recommended setup for iPod Nano?

I have purchased an iPod Nano for my wife for christmas... if she ever gets it off me she should enjoy it.... :-)

What are the recommended configurations options for syncing with the Nano?

I am currently using v2.5 RC2.

There isn't much to configure, the default setup should work fine for most users.
