Syncing Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.1

I've read and I'm not sure I've read enough but I did manage to figure out some things based on reading 3-4 threads here and there I plugged in my phone and MM sees the phone and SD card, I haven't figured out how to get MM on my android to see the PC so I can sync?

I haven't been able to get the wifi sync to work yet at all; tells me no server can be found yet the phone and the PC are on the same device

So do I need to initiate the sync from the MM app on the PC?

Did you install the latest beta of MediaMonkey 4.1 from the Beta Testing forum (required for wifi sync)?
