Iphone not recognised after formatting

I've just formatted my pc and reinstalled the last version of Mediamonkey.
I plug my Iphone 4s with ios7 in and the software doesn't find it, what should i do?

Does iTunes on the same PC still find it?

Yes, it's required for iOS device sync (including iPhone).
