Can MM remember different USB mass devices?

I have several different devices that connect using the USBmass device type. Each time I plug one in I have to go to the settings menu and tell MM about it again. Also it doesn't remember the different sync settings for each.
With original-firmware ipods, say, MM seems to recognise each of them and use the correct settings when I connect them. Is there a way to get it to do the same with rockboxed ipods?
Thanks.

(I mean, on the tools/options/portable device sync screen I get different ipod devices and different d_WMDM devices listed by name, but only one USBmass device, with the name 'new device'. I can't seem to get it to distinguish between different ones.

You have to make a copy of the plugin file for each device manually. So you could go to MediaMonkey\Plugins\ and copy d_USBmass1.dll to d_USBmass2.dll, d_USBmass3.dll, etc. for each device that you need.

OK, sounds as if that would do what I want - thanks for the tip.
