Transferring music from PC to SD card

I have created several Playlists in Media Monkey on my Windows 10 PC. I want to transfer or load these playlists on to a mini - SD card to put into my Motoral Android phone. I have been told by Motorola that they must be in MP3 format. I also wish to transfer the same playlist onto my Ipad 2. Can you help me.

You need to synchronize your files during which MediaMonkey can auto-convert if needed: http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... Tracks/4.0

The media files are .mp3 format, the playlist files are probably .m3u or .pla files
