MMA doesn't recognize my Lg phone anymore

I just downloaded the latest version of MediaMonkey. MM doesn't recognize my LG Power or its SD card anymore (it USED to), so I can't load any new music to my phone. Also, many music files appear as normal, but when I attempt to play them, they go gray and MM scrolls past them. What gives? I thought MM was being improved in newer editions, but it worked better years ago! TOO MANY BUGS!!! If and when you reply to this , PLEASE write in English; I don't speak Geek.

1) Does Windows recognize the phone? If so make sure it isn't disabled under Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync in MediaMonkey: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... tion-fails
