Sync - one way or back and forth?

Hi, I'm a newbie to MM and German. Hope to explain well my issue. I have a basic question. Is the sync of MMW and MMA a one way or back and forth sync? When I make changes in MMA on my tablet, can I syc these back to MMW?

Both ways if you enable this in the Device Profile (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync in MMW).
