How to transfer one album to android

I just bought a new album that appears in MediaMonkey on my PC but I can't get it to appear on my android phone using the "sync" feature. Every time I try to sync the phone, I get a message that the phone has frozen. This is not suprising, as my phone is pretty slow and I have a lot of music--syncing everything appears to be too much for it. Is there a way to specifically transfer just one album onto the phone? I tried copying and pasting the album subfolder into the MediaMonkey folders under Android data using file explorer, but that doesn't seem to have done the trick. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for your help.

You can use right click, Send To > Device on selected files to just sync those files to the device: http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... oid_device
