Manipulating Nowplaying list

Hello MediaMonkey community. This is my first post and normally I'd write some sort of greeting but I need to get straight down to business.

First things first, I have never worked with scripts before. I want to write my program in C# and I think i can do this by having a launcher(if thats what its called) script to read in all my changes to where they are needed.
I want to add my own capabilities to the nowplaying list such as different shuffle types for a certain number of songs.
What I need is to find where these variables are stored. I have come thus far and am asking for your help. My guess is its somewhere in the .ini file because,
I can't find that one and because ive checked everything else.(and before you ask yes i know where its suppose to be and i looked through my hidden files and found the mm.db file but not the .ini)

Im using MM3
i've already looked in the specific areas that it should be in.

It would seem the first MediaMonkey file is the ini.
