Hiya
Just a quickie, what's the normal subscription for the 'better version' and what do I get that's different. Will upgrade tonight, if acceptable.
Thanks

Morning
I was wondering is it possible to use this script to take out everything at the end of a title that is contained in brackets
ie
"I Asked (feat. Becca Stevens & Vдsen)" to leave just "I Asked"
thanks

Preset 132: Remove (...) or [...] from the end of <Into Field>...

I tried to have the addon copy something from "involved people" to a custom field but it doesn't seem to do anything. No error message either. Other actions with the addon work.
Any help?

If you tried to copy something to the renamed custom field using the adjustment dialog box opened from the Tag Manipulation menu, then that bug is fixed in the new 4.4.6 update.LunaC wrote:I tried to have the addon copy something from "involved people" to a custom field but it doesn't seem to do anything. I've just installed the latest version.
Something has changed from the version I used to use.
When I highlight tracks to edit I cant find the option where the panel would come up so I could check what I was editing and make alterations.
I can only see the presets with no control or preview of what i'm about to do???
EDIT: Cancel that. I reset my pc and it seemed to solve it??

Good Morning.
I'm hoping RegExp can help me with something. When ripping my classical collection, I was not as careful as I should have been. Some of my titles have case problems in the numerals (eg. Some are "II." while some are "Ii."
Can someone help me with creating something to find and replace those? All of them would be first caps, with subsequent lower case, then ending in a period.
Examples:
Ii.
Iv.
Xiv.
Ix.
etc.
(I do have the purchased version if that matters).

Did you try something like:husker wrote:Can someone help me with creating something to find and replace those? All of them would be first caps, with subsequent lower case, then ending in a period.
Capitalize <Into Field> with exceptions (ASCII, Latin-1, Latin-2 & Cyrillic)...
If you have the donate version, it's under "Spelling and Case Fixes" menu in the manage presets dialog.
Be careful to test on just a few first.

That did not seem to work.
In addition now, I've lost the presets for that "preset"

presets, plural (like all the ones under that same menu) or just that one.
Do you really mean lost or you just can't find it?

Just the one. I changed them trying to get it working, but it looks like what I changed stayed.
Not sure what view I'm in. I just clicked the preset, and set my options.

I'm guessing you are in the edit dialog box with your selections at the bottom.husker wrote:I just clicked the preset, and set my options.
If you changed the preset itself and or dropdown field menus you would get and update button.
That changes the install preset.
If you also changed the title (making it unique) it would have shown an add button.
That would have added your unique one (and kept, not changed, the install preset).
You can restore it by uninstalling and doing a clean install of RFR.
If you have any other presets/settings that you created and/or you would like to keep that one, you need to back up the presets first.
If not, don't worry about it.

Thank you. I knew I screwed up somehow.
I can fix all of these manually, but the MediaMonkey search feature does not seem to be case sensitive.
I also have Magic Nodes, if someone thinks that would help.
