Tiny thing:
"Replace underlines with spaces in <Into Field>..." should be
"Replace underscores with spaces in <Into Field>..."
Not that it's possible to have underlines anyway, so it really doesn't matter but there you go!

No, they are not. The fist preset is with the adjustable field and the second one is with the hard-coded Comment field. There are many other similar pairs of presests. The main reason why I have kept hard-coded variants after introducing <From Field> and <Into Field> tags is to show how some preset could be made with adjustable field. They are also differently displayed when accessing preset from the Tags Manipulation Presets menu.

According to wikipedia: "An underline, also called an underscore...". The Character Map displays that character as "Low Line".

When you uncheck the 'show toolbar icon' box, or change anything you want to save in an existing preset, you then need to click on "Update" before you exit.

I suppose she* is talking about the options from the Options dialog box. If you uncheck the "Show toolbar buttons for presets with enabled button in Find & Replace dialog box", you would get removed all toolbar buttons of presets, not matter if you have checked the "Toolbar button" option from RegExp dialog box for specific preset(s).
By the way, the latest version of the add-on has placed all RegExp buttons on the new independent toolbar (no more Search toolbar) which could be showed/hidden using MM command from the View menu or toolbar context menu. However, you need MM 4.0.0.1378 or higher for this.

Issue seems to be gone now. What I meant was that I had unchecked the Toolbar 'RegExp' thing, as well as all the options for toolbar buttons, but it still kept appearing every time I restarted the program.
