I'm using a Das S Ultimate. There are definitely better keyboards out there unless you want the LCD which is what I used mine for. Unfortunately G15 doesn't fit on my new desk so it's sitting in the closet now.

Das ST Ultimate ? I never heard before. I want the LCD too. That's right, there are definitely better keyboards. On my G510 the keys are loose their label (after 2 years)... I have a 5 Eur keyboard with illuminated keys, 10 years old, and the keys doesn't loose their label. The Quality of Logitech isn't good as it was before. I don't start with logi-mouse...

It's a Das S phone auto corrected. I might try taking the G15 apart and seeing if I can use just the lcd.

I was wondering though... I would love to be able to project playcount & last played date on the screen. Would that be possible?

New version is up. Please note that it requires a new version of the VC++ redist.

Added %LASTPLAYED% and %PLAYCOUNT%, as well as many others. Full list is on first page/my site. I didn't end up adding everything in the API because it turns out there's A LOT of info in the API, a lot of which isn't useful for this. I ended up just adding everything I could find that is visible or editable from inside MM. If I missed anything or one of them doesn't work let me know.

I noticed that LASTPLAYED returns a full date including time. I'll try to make it user editable, however I won't be able to do it this weekend and semester starts this Monday so I'm not sure when I'll be able to get to it.

Unfortunately VC++ 2015 redistributable doesn't want to be installed on my win 7 system so i can't use the new version.

It results in the new version of your pluging missing these two .dll files:

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll

I downloaded them both manually and placed them in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 but no dice. The plugin then finds the .dll files but says:



I've googled the VC++ redistributable problem and lots of people or having similar problems with this new one. I haven't found a solution that works for me though.

Is your Windows up to date? Looks like the error on install is caused by missing updates. Can't find which one it is for 7 but for 8 it's KB2999226

No, that's not it. This OS is fully up-to-date.

The error is definitely related to missing/corrupt updates. It's documented on MSDN and was fixed ~Jul 24.

The update that's needed on Win 7 is "Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320" KB2999226. SP1 (KB976932) is required to install it.
