Works fine for me. Win 7 - x64, IE9, and MM4.

Installed MR as non-admin and for current user only.

Hmmm... Maybe it is because I have my MM4 install set up all users (global). Maybe I will try reinstalling MM4 for single user only and see if that helps.

That's weird, I just reinstalled MM4 and I never had the option to install it for the current user, or to install if for all users. Did I miss it?

EDIT:
Oh, I see. The option to install for current user is in the install for MR, not MM4. Well I just uninstalled and reinstalled MR twice to try the install both as current user only, and also as all users. Neither option made a difference. MR is still broken for me. :(

Having MM4 installed on an external drive, it's fairly easy for me to test it on different machines. So far MR only works on a XP machine with IE 8. Both on a Win 7 64bit and on a Vista 32bit machine, MR is broken. On the Vista machine IE has been updated to version 9 and MR has been working with MM3, but not anymore with MM4. Even uninstalling (or rolling back) to IE 8 on the Vista machine didn't help - MR is still broken.

I assume there are other settings in the registry which didn't get changed by rolling back to IE8 that need to be changed - but what settings?

Yes. I am working on version 5.7 but I've hit a few stumbling blocks.
Download my scripts at my own MediaMonkey fansite.

i just upgraded to MM4, actually i uninstalled 3 and installed 4 b/c a lot of things weren't working right initially. now pretty much everything lokos good i just need to spend some time getting all of my customizations back in place.

one problem though: i ve managed to reinstall all of my scripts and so far it looks like everything is working good, including MR5. the only things that aren t installing right are the MR skins. after running a MR skin mmip i just get an error that says the extension didn t install correctly. if i go to the new appdata folder i see that the skin folders have been created but they re empty. so i ve extracted a few skin folders from the mmip files and copied the folders into the right place which makes them work fine.

guess i m just wondering if i m doing something wrong or if i need to adjust something on my machine or if there s some sort of bug?

Thanks! I am looking forward to it too. I just can't seem to get MR 5.6 working in MM4.

Version 5.6 works fine for me, so I can't promise 5.7 will be any different. I also have IE9, which seems to have been a problem for some people, but again, not for me.

Is MR 5.6 working in the latest version of MM4 (4.02) on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit? I tried it but got a scary Active X warning so uninstalled it. Is there a way to deal with that error? (Point me to the correct thread if that's been answered; after having so much trouble getting MM4 to find my library on new laptop installation, I am cross-eyed with forum searches so might have missed it...)

Thanks for what seems to be a rather cool add-on; hope I can get it to work.

I have MM the newest version, and also the newest version of IE9, and my MonkeyRox works fine.

What I have an issue with though is Monkeyrox skins...they will no longer install. Also, when I tried to install them it messed something up with MediaMonkey (Im assuming this did it since the error started occurring only when I tried putting in Monkeyrox skins)Now almost all my custom skins show strange font issues in the media tree and I can't fix it. Posted it in the bugs area as I'm not sure what happened. Some of the other default skins look like broken images as others have posted above. The classic and dark display ok, however.

I get the same problem Win7 Enterprise 64-bit and MM4.02 when I enable Mrok I get the warning that there is a conflict with another activeX element on that site. I if click on continue it works fine. But it is nagging because it pops up every time I start MM

Any sugestions what can cause it?
