Scrobbling not scrobbling!

Hi all, I have MM 4.0.3.1476 and under General Plugins I see the image attached but my Last.FM account isn't receiving info on the music I play. I have the Last.FM program installed too and that doesn't work. Can anyone help?

Thanks! I installed that but now I'm not sure if Last.fm is receiving my plays. Do you happen to know where on the site I would see that info?
