DLNA server and LGTV

Post by Guest »

Hello.... Just upgraded to MM4 to use the DLNA server with my LGTV which has the client built in. I have used Nero home sever and also Plex Media servers both work OK. So expecting no problems with MM but.... I can see all files and music Directories at Album, Genre or folder views on LGTV but the MP3s will not play and show invalid file format ? . Again all was OK with the two other DLNA servers. Seem like MM does some kind of conversion but again can find nothing. Any Ideas????????????

Tools > Options > Media Sharing allows you to check the Auto-Conversion rules set. You'll need to manually set things up correctly for the LG TV.

If you can't figure it out you should send a debug log to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69
