Cannot Login or Register

I just purchased the MediaMonkey Gold and got a confirmation for my purchase. I am unable to install MediaMonkey on Windows8 and use it as a Gold user. And, why is registration and login stating me as a spam user? where as i am having a genuine email and id. Please help.
