WIFI Synced Music will not Play on Android phone

I purchased the WIFI sync option as the USB option only picks up my phone intermittently. The WIFI sync works but none of the music plays on my Samsung Note 3, but when i do get the USB to recognise and transfer the same music it does play?

I am transferring to SD card.

Any thoughts?

Hi,
If none of tracks play either from library or using Folder browser I would suggest that you send debug log prior to sync then one after sync and one after few tracks fail to play.

Please note that if you want us to tie logs to this post please write them down and post LOG IDs in your next reply here.

Which version of MMA, MMW and Android? Did you sync to the internal or external (SD) memory and do other Apps also fail to play the files?

MMA version is 1.2.0.0624
MMW version is 4.1.14.1813
Android Version 5

The files dont play in any app.

They download fine but when i go to play they skip through the tracks. Sometimes I get a missing codec message but othertimes it just skips through and doesnt play

Did you check with other Apps? That would confirm wether the files are unplayable or that MMA can't play them. What file type(s) fail to play in MMA?

You should update to latest MMA and MMW beta versions as there was number of important changes made.
