How to copy content to new sd card

I have MMA content on a card on one device, and I'd like to copy it to a new sd card for another device. I'd like to avoid syncing the playlist to the new device and auto-converting all those files again.

Can I somehow copy the data to my PC via a card reader and then copy it over to the new card? It looks like there might be a few files in a few different locations I would need to grab, which ones do I need? Or is there a better way to do it? Thanks.

Edit: I just noticed MMA has files on the internal storage as well. I've set it to use external storage but seems to switch back... Not sure what that's about, but could that complicate the swap??
