media monkey app not working in my pixel1

hello, community
first of all good morning to all, RECENTLY i did a factory reset on my pixel 1
and then i started having this problem that my app crashes on my pixel 1
after i made that reset . i dont understand does a factory reset mess with the apps
in any sort ! i need a technical advice to solve my problem

Have you tried removing and reinstalling?
